The Customer Service & Community Outreach Representative maintains the daily operations of the customer service and sales team. This position develops, implements and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service and sales tactics.

Essential Customer Service & Community Outreach Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to achieve key operational objectives.
  • Support initiatives designed to enhance team performance, aligning with both departmental and organizational targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new or less experienced customer service and sales personnel to ensure team readiness.
  • Monitor and assess team output to guarantee high-quality service and prompt delivery.
  • Research and resolve escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  • Foster a customer-focused work environment, driving behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage with customers directly in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner.
