Entry Level B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective business customers, answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients products and services.

  • Engage with prospective and existing business customers and successfully execute presentations on behalf of our clients to drive new enrollment and increase sales

  • Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide them with necessary follow-up communication.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns.

  • Utilize CRM software to accurately document client interactions, update information, and track progress throughout the sales cycle.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
