Vascular Surgeon Duties: Identify and diagnose medical conditions through examinations and tests Perform surgeries on patients, such as angioplasties and angioplasty Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on arteries, veins, and the heart Vascular Surgeon Responsibilities: Board-certified or board-eligible vascular surgeon 2+ years’ surgical experience as a vascular surgeon Knowledge of appropriate endovascular therapies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Commitment to patient safety and the highest quality of patient care
