CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Certifications & Licenses:ACLS - AHABLS - AHAENPCRNTNCC
**REQUIRED:Minimum of 2 years ED experience,Previous experience at a Trauma Level 1 facility,Current MI RN licensure,BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
** Preferred:Previous travel experience,PALS certification,Previous experience working in an inner-city hospital.
Emergency Department sees 200-300 patients per day. Patient population is all ages, but pediatrics is rare. High population of psych and critical patients. Only outsource burns and pediatrics. There are techs in the ED but due to staffing shortages they are not always readily available in every area.
The schedule is created in six-week blocks and posted two weeks in advance. Please limit RTO and do not request more than 3 days consecutive PTO.
