Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing legal team. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Estate Planning Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
2. Advise clients on the legal and tax implications of their estate planning decisions.
3. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle estate administration matters.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and accurate advice.
5. Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations and inform clients of any changes that may affect their estate plans.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Estate Planning Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Washington State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning law.
4. Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and tax laws.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
