is currently looking to grow it practice and is seeking talented individuals with litigation experience!As a Paralegal, you will provide assistance and support to our litigation team.ResponsibilitiesWork hand-in-hand with a team of attorneys and paralegals to manage and prepare cases for trialDraft various pleadings, motions, stipulations and discoveryOrganize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendicesConduct e-discoveryParticipate in client interviews, witness preparation and other trial preparationsConduct relevant research, data analysis, and draft legal memorandum for use in briefingDraft formal written responses to discovery requestsDemonstrate advocacy skills and aptitude for learning new concepts and proceduresCommunications with CourtsManaging discovery and trial deadlinesQualificationsCollege Degree/Paralegal Certification preferred2+ years of litigation experienceExperience with preparing/obtaining records, assembling exhibits, pleadings, summarizing transcripts, discovery, and trial preparationExperience drafting and responding to standard discovery demands (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.)Clear and effective communication skillsEffective at working in a team environmentStrong organization and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitaskMust be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and OutlookExperience with Relativity is a plus but is not requiredWillingness to travel when necessary
