Cleveland Clinic- Main Campus Hospital – HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool.Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.PBDS Assessment – waived.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.Job Requirements
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.Schedule Information
D/N rotating: 3x12's - 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)Additional Details
Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS - Basic Life Support, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, CHEMO - Chemotherapy, TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course, Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification, Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually.
