CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Assist in the safe transfer and movement of residents, using appropriate equipment and techniques.Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.Report any changes in residents’ conditions or behaviors to nursing staff promptly.Follow care plans and ensure residents personal care needs are met.Assist in maintaining accurate and complete resident records.Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
Qualifications of a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
CNA in NJLTC/SNF experience preferred
