Our client has recently expanded their customer service and sales campaigns and they are looking to fill the position of a Green Energy Customer Support Specialist . The Green Energy Customer Support Specialist will be the face of the brands they work with. Through direct promotions, the Green Energy Customer Support Specialist will interact with customers in a one-on-one setting, answer questions, and outline premier energy solutions for consumers with the goal of boosting sales. The Green Energy Customer Support Specialist will proactively develop relationships with customers with the goal of closing sales and generating revenue.

Responsibilities of the Green Energy Customer Support Specialist :

  • Build relationships with customers to establish a genuine connection and trust

  • Proactively and effectively communicate energy solutions as well as promotional information

  • Promote clients products and services to prospective and existing customers

  • Deliver interactive presentations

  • Participate in ongoing training and business meetings
