For eight years, accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA. We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the Advancement of a Medical Directorship in Fresno, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Urgent Care Medicine practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers.Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray.All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
Qualifications
Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training ProgramCA Medical License that is active and in good standingDEA CertificateAbout Us

We have expanded our brand and services throughout Bakersfield and into Fresno, Clovis, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, Dana Point, and Laguna Hills.
