We're seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Support & Event Assistant to help foster long-term success for our customers. In this role, you'll build relationships within your assigned territory and engage with community members. You'll act as a liaison between our customers and clients, ensuring our solutions are communicated effectively and meeting community and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management tasks.
  • Thrive in our management training program, advancing from Entry Level to Senior Management.
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of client cause information, optimizing outreach performance and identifying growth opportunities for clientele.
  • Take charge of problem-solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and donor acquisition.
  • Develop strong client relationships through exceptional service, balancing their needs with a proactive approach.
  • Actively participate in team building, growth, and expansion initiatives.
