Sensitron is looking for a Microelectronics Assembler to perform various mechanical processes on hybrid assemblies and electronic components.
Responsibilities:Performs assembly operations in the manufacturing process of electronic components using a variety of hand tools and equipment.Perform various cleanroom operations, hand or furnace soldering, and mechanical assembly operations.Perform assembly operations using written instructions and associated drawings.Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.Set up work as required, as well as movement of material.Follow work instructions for specific operations.Perform required work steps within specific cycle time.May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
One to two years' of electronic assembly, familiarity with electronics manufacturing and construction. Microelectronic assembly experience is preferred.One to two years' experience and comfortability using a microscope.Focus and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to quality and protocols.HSD/GED.Good communication skillsStrong attention to detailExperience with using a computerAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment.Good eye to hand coordinationSteady handsAbility to work overtime.
