Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures- Conduct utilization review and management to optimize patient care- Provide critical care consultations to healthcare providers- Perform medical management activities to enhance patient outcomes- Conduct patient assessments and offer pain management solutions- Deliver exceptional patient service with a focus on pediatrics- Utilize physiology knowledge to enhance patient care
Experience- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree- Active pharmacist license in good standing- Previous experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting- Strong background in utilization review, utilization management, and critical care- Proficiency in medical management and patient assessment- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on pediatrics- In-depth knowledge of pain management and physiology
