Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

We are currently hiring 20 Order Processing Agents for a large company in the San Diego area. Divergent Marketing is a worldwide leader in secure, home service solutions and offers an excellent work environment and growth potential for its employees!

Order Processing Agents will be responsible for handling customers where they will be processing orders and electronic qualifying solutions.

Candidates should have the following skillset:

• Customer service experience (Example: Retail, Restaurant, Call Center, etc)
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers over the phone
• Solid attendance history (Growth with the employer is strongly based upon performance and attendance)
• Data entry and computer skills to navigate between screen
• Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)!!
