This journey is based on a 'Green-Field' approach to implementing SAP S4/HANA at the core enabler for this transformation. This SAP Practice at Simplot is responsible for creating solutions within the new S4/HANA landscape to support our company's dynamic global needs. Each team member will contribute to supporting Solutions by utilizing the vast array of SAP products to support our business objectives. We are currently looking for innovative and driven Delivery Analyst to join the existing team and contribute to all future business objectives. Key Responsibilities + Participate and contribute to daily stand-up meetings with a small agile development team to support new solutions on the S4 platform. + Update the IT Service Management tools by creating, updating, and resolving support issues. + Functions as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. + Ability to participate on cross functional project teams to assist in the successful implementation of project. + Partner with the QA team, Business and Vendor teams on test script review and execution. + Train the trainer on system functionality during each implementation and upgrades. + Mentor and train the L1 - IT Service Desk and L2 - Application Managed Services Teams. + Participates in the Global Change Advisory Board and the SAP CHaRM Change Meeting. + Ensures the service level management process is adhered to by continuous review with partners and business users. + Create technical documentation to help ensure that support can be performed, and the impact of future requests can be assessed. + Identify and contribute to the business work instruction documentation. + Independently resolves highly complex technical issues within a given technical area. Partners with members of a team and other IT teams as appropriate; leads technical team while resolving key issues. + Identifies potential escalations and proactively alerts management; leads and escalates through L4. + Proactively searches for issues and provides solutions to prevent problems from occurring in area of responsibility. + Independently reviews and manages critical business systems. + Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions. + Maintain a high level of functional expertise by keeping up to date with the latest applicable functional changes/ knowledge. + Onsite or virtual support for go live/upgrade, SAP implementations, and support the business trainers. Typical Education Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university Relevant Experience + Must have manufacturing and logistics process experience. + Must be detail oriented with excelled critical thinking skills. + Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. + Must have experience working successfully in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. + Influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. + Must have exemplary customer service skills. + Strong problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills. + Good organizational and analytical skills, + Possess creative ability, consulting skills, leadership qualities, credibility, and self-confidence. + Must have a technical aptitude to learn the SAP software suite to solve business problems. + Must be a self-starter who can navigate a matrixed organizational structure, achieving results through influence and collaboration. + Must be able to build relationships in a matrix environment with other groups and teams with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced. Comfortable influencing to achieve desired outcomes. + Must be proficient with Microsoft products. + Ability to multitask within the project needs. + S/4HANA experience is preferred (2020, 2022) + Knowledge on integrations of core business functions is preferred. + Flexibility to learn and implement new SAP Solutions is preferred. + Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is preferred. + Flexibility to travel to locations to support launch and other requirements as required. + Exhibits a high level of initiative and integrity. + 5+ years related experience and/or training.
