Part time Leasing Agent

We currently seeking candidates for the Part time Leasing Agent position in Clayton, NY

The leasing agent will be responsible for traveling between 2 local properties and doing administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to; inspections, assisting tenants and certifications.

Pay rate- $16/hr

Hours-18-25 hours per week

Job Duties:

•Assisting tenants with any issues

•Responsible for tenant certifications

•Process applications

•Review monthly invoices for accuracy

•Provide unit inspections

Requirements:

•HS diploma or GED

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft office

•Strong communication and multitasking skills
