Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test Manager to join our leading technology team. This position is an integral part of our company, responsible for leading a team of testers to ensure the highest quality of our slot machine platform. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience with C#, C/C++, Java, Windows, Unix, and Linux, as well as a deep understanding of mathematical testing, statistics, and gaming regulations. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Test Manager - Slots, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead a team of testers to ensure the quality of our slot machine software.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that software meets all technical and regulatory standards.
• Use your expertise in C#, C/C++, Java, Windows, Unix, and Linux to identify and resolve any technical issues.
• Apply your knowledge of mathematical testing and statistics to ensure that our software is mathematically sound.
• Keep up to date with the latest gaming regulations and ensure that our software complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct manual testing as needed, and train your team to do the same.
• Work closely with other members of the development team to ensure that software is developed to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular reports to director on the progress and results of testing.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with C#, C/C++, Java, Windows, Unix, and Linux.
• Deep understanding of mathematical testing and statistics.
• Knowledge of current gaming regulations.
• Mathematics degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with manual testing.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical colleagues.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to spot even the smallest of errors.
• Passion for gaming, with an understanding of what makes a great slot machine game.
