Entry Level AT&T Account Associate

We are looking for an AT&T Account Associate

We want to add to our high-performance team and add a fresh perspective to our department. The AT&T Account Associate will learn all aspects of our business to drive customer service, sales margins and enhance our team's abilities in the telecommunications and wireless field. This position starts off in an entry level sales and customer service, with the opportunity to progress into training and developed roles, as well as transition into a management position. In addition, the AT&T Account Associate will participate in our ongoing expansion opportunities and grow from within.

Daily Responsibilities and Expectations of an AT&T Account Associate:

• Interact with our clients' consumers educating them on all products, sales promotions, and brand benefits available within the wireless field
• Able to process sales orders with the assistance of our account managers to be a part of a customers full sales cycle increasing rapport
• Become an expert negotiator and closer to increase company sales revenue for wireless services
• Learn our clients' CRM systems and become a master in their database to enhance sales profits.
• Researching the targeted markets and territories for efficiency in wireless and telecommunications.
• Accurate details and updated customer information on all accounts managed.
• Learn our training techniques by shadowing senior management and train our new team members effectively.
• Create consistency in the production of team members and develop professionalism and skill to increase team member retention.
