Elite Pain and Spine, a highly respected and rapidly expanding Interventional Spine & Pain Management practice, is seeking a Pain Management Physician in the heart of Paducah, Kentucky.
Part-Time providers will be considered.
We are in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Pain Management physician in PM+R or Anesthesiology. The physician should/can have primary board certification or board eligibility in PM+R or Anesthesiology.

Candidate(s) must deliver empathetic patient-centered care, have excellent bedside manner, time management skills and be looking for long-term employment in an outpatient clinical setting (no inpatient services or on-call duties).
The physician will provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary pain management care and may supervise ARNPs.
This position requires a variety of clinical and technical skills including coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, interventional and medical management with follow up to pain patients.
An ideal candidate would be able to perform all cervical/thoracic/lumbar injections and radiofrequency ablations, along with the willingness for on-the-job-training to perform spinal cord stimulator trials if not currently proficient. Skills in Kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty/Superion procedure are a plus but we are also willing to facilitate training in these procedures for a motivated individual.
C ompensation:
Compensation is made up of a highly market competitive guarantee in the first year along with an opportunity for additional discretionary bonus based on performance.
In the second year, candidate will transition to a percentage of collection model and discretionary bonus. With high productivity, this model allows you the opportunity to have compensation well above the Fair Market Value median range and beyond with a no capped production model!

Qualifications, Skills Requirements and Education:Must have obtained a MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program.Training in specified area of medical specialty (Pain Management Fellowship)Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for delivery of medical care.Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.Knowledge of comprehensive medical evaluation, including diagnosis and treatment plans for patients in acute, chronic, cancer or other complex types of pain and patient care services in area of medical expertise.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Must be credentialed per facility policies and procedures.Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Kentucky (or in process), Federal DEA Certification, and BLS/ACLS Certified
