In this role, you'll craft exceptional dining experiences and lead operations from the ground up. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the financial operations and day-to-day management of the Lounge. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the delivery of superior quality food to customers.Key Responsibilities:Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account.Implement new culinary programs.Ensure financial integrity and accuracy in all transactions and reporting.Preferred Qualifications:BS in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations.Essential experience in high-volume production and catering.Proven experience in managing budgets.Strong desire to learn and grow within a top-notch foodservice this role, you will be instrumental in driving both operational excellence and financial performance, ensuring that all aspects of the dining services meet the highest standards.
