We are looking for motivated learners who are eager to expand their horizons and achieve excellence The Lead Qualification Specialist will contact and qualify lead referrals to determine interest level and sales opportunity for new and existing customers. The Lead Qualification Specialist will need to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, thereby building a pipeline for the sales organization. This position is part of the Strategic Business Development team and will be remote. In this role, a typical day will look like: + Engage clients and prospects via phone to qualify them as opportunities and assign them to the appropriate owner(s) + Execute a consultative sales strategy with our internal solution selling methodology + Follow standard work to contact and convert leads to opportunities per sales cadence + Demonstrate technical and application knowledge to provide prompt, accurate answers and successfully qualify the leads. + Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in + Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross functional lead sources to drive continuous improvement of process + Meet and exceed monthly and annual lead conversion quotas + Collaborate with other Lead Qualification team members to continue to improve lead program and processes + Identify and monitor customer trends in drinking water, wastewater, and industrial markets + Relay pertinent product information from customers so the company can continue to improve its products and services + Develop an understanding of competitive products The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, related field preferred + Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
