Duties
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with a focus on individualized care and treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and implement interventions
- Utilize physiology knowledge to guide therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Specialize in trigger point therapy to address specific patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Offer home community care services for patients requiring ongoing support
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in skilled nursing home setting or related settings preferred
- Strong background in patient care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
