TravelData Collection : Unit Information: Emergency Department Location: HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe Address:504 Medical Center Blvd Floor: 2nd Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds -30 · Number of Staff – · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 Charge 9-10 nurses, 2 techs, 1 secretary 3 mid shifts (11a-11p) o Night Shift - Same · Patient Ratios – 1:4 · Type of equipment – bedside monitors, IV, blood administration · EMR -meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · ACLS/BLS/PALS or ENPC · TNCC, Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · ED experience · List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Conscious /moderate sedation · Line insertions Best personality Fit: · Positive, energetic REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · See above Floating Area(s): · Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Weekends and On call(if any) · 4 weekend shifts per scheduleTact Medical Staffing Job ID #481813.
