Our client is a well-established public accounting firm in San Antonio, Texas, serving a wide range of clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tax Manager to join their team and help drive the future success of the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and run tax engagements from start to finish, taking ownership of all aspects of the process.Oversee tax accounting, compliance, research, and planning for a variety of clients across multiple industries.Work with S Corps, C Corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals, providing expert guidance on tax strategies and compliance.Collaborate closely with firm leadership to take on key responsibilities and help manage the firm's growing client base.Play a hands-on role in client interactions, ensuring the highest quality of service and support.Assist with the development and mentorship of junior staff members.Key Requirements:Certified Public Accountant designation is required.7+ years of tax experience in public accounting, with a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance.Proven ability to manage complex tax engagements, with experience in tax planning, compliance, and research.Experience working with diverse client types, including corporations and high-net-worth individuals.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.If youre an experienced Tax Manager ready to take ownership and lead engagements for a diverse client base, we encourage you to apply!
