Nights / 6:45p-7:15a (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOWLength:

13 weeksRequirements:KY License2+ Years’ ExperienceCVICU experience, Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience, Hemodynamic (Swan) experienceBLSACLSNIHRecovery, ECMO, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience preferredCerner is preferred but not requiredOther Details:

EMR: Cerne rFloat Requirements: Yes – PTCA (Only CVICU patients) or other ICU unitsNumber of Beds: 17

Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2

Equipment: CRRT (Prismax), IABP, IMPELLA, ECMO, VADs

Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac Patients

Scrub Color: Facility provides surgical scrubs
