Welle (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI.COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.Unit Details: # of Beds: 20 Snuggery: Level 1 Patient census: average 90-100 deliveries per month EMR: EPIC Not required to circulate or scrub cesarean sections Responsible for baby in OR, and mother in PACU with a second nurse A shared leadership model encourages nursing engagement and decision making at the bedsideJob Requirements
