Casual On-Call, Rotating shift

Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has a distinguished history of serving the community since its founding in 1890. As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence, a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.

The Clinical Technician (PCT) in the PACU works as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with advanced training in specific clinical skills/competencies on the health care team.Periodically checks patients, takes vital signs, and observes condition of the patient and patient care equipment or devices.Provides personal care for patient including hygiene and physical comfort measuresPerforms bedside glucose monitoring, EKG tracing, and phlebotomyInserts IVsMeasures and records intake and outputInserts and removes Foley cathetersWhat Awaits You:

High school graduate or GEDCurrent certification as CNA in the District of ColumbiaAmerican Heart Association BLS/CPR required

Salary Range: Minimum 27.00 per hour - Maximum 27.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
