We seek an outstanding, energetic Veterinarian to join our growing practice. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, we welcome candidates with a passion for medicine and surgical cases. We value strong communication skills, a love for building relationships with clients, and emotional intelligence. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as we offer an extensive mentorship program with dedicated mentors and hands-on support from a DVM Training Specialist.

Chili Animal Care is committed to building long-term relationships with pets and their families. Our friendly and loyal family of veterinary staff provides high-quality pet care in the Rochester, NY, community. Our 3,500-square-foot animal hospital features three exam rooms, a well-equipped surgical suite, an in-house laboratory, and hospital accommodations for sick pets. You'll join a cohesive team dedicated to prioritising patient needs, with access to an experienced, highly trained support team. We offer flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance.- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required - New graduates are highly considered

- Experience or interest in wellness, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics

- A great attitude and a passion for learning and growth

Compensation:

Negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual range between $120,000 - $150,000 / year. Salary considerations factor in skills, qualifications, experience, and location-no negative accrual.
