Unit Name: Emergency DepartmentNumber of Beds: 16Patient Ratios: 4:1Unit staffing description- day/mid shift, ED tech and/or paramedic for days and nights, RNsType of equipment: Pyxis, Level I, Baxter & Alaris (peds only) IV pumps, GE monitorsDocumentation system: CernerProcedures performed on unit: moderate sedation for various proceduresDress Code: All white scrubs, white top with navy bottom scrubs, or all navy-blue scrubs.Additional Details
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Will review upon arrivalAwards/Recognition: New ED in 2018.Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: This position is to cover FMLA leave, low turnover, experienced staff with longevity to unit
