for a locum tenens opportunity near Flagstaff, AZ. This is a great chance to work in a hospital setting with 24-hour on-call coverage and flexible scheduling options. 24-hour on-call coverage5-day blocks, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM1 week of coverage per month
Patient Load :
Average of 1-3 cases per day2 surgical cases per day6 new consults dailyMinimal night coverage needs, especially after 10 PM
Practice Setting :
Hospital-basedLevel 4 TraumaFull APP support during the dayCall-in APP support at night for first assist
Procedures :
B&B casesExperience with pelvic and acetabular fractures preferred but not requiredPediatric cases preferred but not required
Additional Requirements:Board Certification : BC/BE in Orthopedic SurgeryState Licenses : Arizona (IMLC accepted, willing to license)Certifications :
BLS requiredACLS preferredATLS required
EMR System : Cerner experience preferredVaccination Requirements :
COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions allowed)Flu vaccination required (exemptions allowed)
