Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Compulse Integrated Marketing, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to assist with building and trafficking campaigns across multiple social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms as needed for agency clients. This person should have a strong working knowledge of social media networks from an advertising perspective, experience building and optimizing campaigns in ad platforms, experience in trafficking paid social orders, and strong communication skills. This role will primarily assist with trafficking campaign orders across paid social and branded content teams and assist in campaign builds, content writing, and other responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
Staying on top of current trends, social ad platform changes and social advertising strategies to ensure our efforts are cutting-edge
Serves as one of the lead coordinators for agency clients, trafficking campaign builds and branded content needs across both teams
Assists with internal agency project management and client communications as needed
Create, maintain, and optimize social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Tracks and reports analytics for social marketing campaigns, and prepares reports for clients as needed
Conducts market research, competitive audits, and audience segmentation for social marketing campaigns and community management for clients
Qualifications:
At least 2-years-experience in social media marketing required
Experience building and managing campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization and time management skills
Strong phone and presentation skills, with experience in client account management preferred
Ability to work autonomously to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong data research and analysis capabilities
Strong expertise in using Microsoft Office products
Experience in order management systems like Operative, AOS, etc are a plus
This is a hybrid role based out of Hunt Valley, MD. You must be local in order to be considered for this role.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $22.49 to $28.11. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
