Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,037 per week

Certification Details BLS VA License Job Requirements Must have Med/Surg or PCU experience Preferred Rehab experience Schedule Information 12 hr shifts Every other weekend Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 35 Patient Ratios: 5-7:1 Techs per census, usually 2-4 Type of equipment: Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCD’s, Bladder scanner Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: may be floated to other Med Surg depts. Patient Experience requirements: Rehab experience preferred Procedures performed on unit: Med administration to include IV’s, PICC, PEG tube admin; Bladder scans, Trach care, Tube feeding, Foley cath, Bladder irrigation, Blood Administration Dress Code: Navy blue or white solid scrubs Awards/Recognition: Tour of Easy Street - REDACTED Additional Details Opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to include Nursing, Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech therapy, Physiatrist and Physician Assistant, and Neuropsychologist to impact patient functional improvements and achieve patient goals for functional independence.
