We're currently seeking passionate Therapeutic Mentor and Therapeutic Training and Support staff to join our team in the Southbridge MA area.
SUMMARY OF THERAPEUTIC TRAINING AND SUPPORTProvide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies needing more intensive support than traditional individual therapy provides.
REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth; or an Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population; or a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
ADVANTAGES* Highly competitive hourly rates (compensation increases based on caseload size, fluency in a second language, and tenure with agency)* No requirement to come to an office - focus on delivering care to your clients.* Buildable caseloads to get to desired hours* Paid weekly supervision required, counts towards licensure* Notation system compatible with cell phones* Mileage reimbursement
