Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We're a growing, nationally recognized manufacturing organization, and we're adding a Sr Controls Engineer to our growing team. This is a full time, direct hire position, with a base salary upwards of %150K, if you have everything we're looking for.

The Controls Engineer will collaborate with draftsmen, designers, engineers, and project managers to design and develop electrical control systems, including motion control, instrumentation, and control logic, for railroad equipment of varying complexity. This role involves working on both existing equipment and new product development.

Responsibilities include leading the electrical and electro-mechanical design process, overseeing wiring, component sizing, cable routing, labeling, and equipment inspections. The engineer will also handle the design and layout of electrical panels and create electrical systems, including parts lists for both custom and standard products.

Qualifications:

• Allen Bradley experience
• In-depth expertise in industrial controls development, including proficiency with ladder diagrams, RSLogix 500 and 5000, and/or FactoryTalk View Studio.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting
