Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from planning to completion.
2. Develop and maintain construction schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
3. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
4. Manage construction materials, ensuring their timely delivery and optimal utilization.
5. Monitor and ensure worker’s and all subcontractors’ safety and report all accidents IMMEDIATELY to Safety Director.
6. Investigate all accidents and fill out an Accident Form completely.
7. Conduct morning huddles with crews to coordinate daily and weekly activities.
8. Conduct weekly safety meetings and all progress meetings as required.
9. Work with Project Manager to develop project schedule, and review scope and schedule for subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Sr. Project Manager, or Manager on Industrial projects, leading large, multi-union crews.
• Experience with Primavera, Prolog, and/or Viewpoint.
• Proven knowledge of MEP systems.
• Proven experience in scheduling, construction safety, materials management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• First Aid and CPR classes, and accident investigation classes.
