Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

Based in Santa Clarita, CA we are general contractor that provides pre-construction, construction management, and general engineering services through out the country. Our current need is for a talented Superintendent with commercial construction experience to work projects through out California.

MUST HAVE -

• DSA Expereince
• 5 or more years of construction expereince
• Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Design
• OSHA 10 preferred
• Project such as commercial, libraries, fire stations, government etc

Responsibilities -

• Manage baseline schedules
• Manage change orders, back changes, conflict resolutions, subcontractor billing, time and cost impact notices
• Conducts PCO meetings, subcontractor interviews etc.
