No prior experience in retail or sales is needed, as we provide comprehensive training for all of our entry-level Retail Associates.

Retail Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support during in-store interactions
• Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both our retail partners and client practices
• Communicate with sales team to best address customer needs
• Attend marketing and sales training sessions to stay up to date on all client information and strategies
• Drive sales leads by promoting new products and offerings to customers that exceed their expectations
