Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
A bit about us:We have partnered with a mid-sized CPA firm looking to hire an Audit Manager to join their team. Diverse industry exposure is preferred. This role includes managing client relationships and guiding Staffs/Seniors on engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple client engagements, providing guidance and support to team members through extensive expertise.
- Offer process and business improvement recommendations based on a deep understanding of client operations and goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in business development and relationship-building with prospective clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff, contributing to their development and performance review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Diverse industry experience is preferred, but we are happy to speak with industry specialists as well
