Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Nurse Manager - Operating Room

• Seeking an RN with recent leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Supervisor, etc. to lead a dynamic team!
• The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Perioperative Services to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department

Qualifications:

• BSN Degree Required
• Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years proven leadership experience in the Operating Room / Surgical Services
• TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
• CNOR
