OT needed asapShift Hours:
M-Th 8a - 5:30p and Fri 8a - 12p *must be flexible13 weeksThe intent of the split schedule would be 3 days in one clinic, 2 days in the other clinic.Occupational Therapist OP, traveler will need to be flexible.
Position will be split between Mount Jackson and Strasburg location.***Please make sure VA License is included or status of License with all submission or it will be rejected.***Facility:
Shenandoah Memorial Hospital (Mount Jackson & Strasburg Clinic)Certification Required:
BLS (must be AHA) & VA License, 2 years experience
