Apheresis Registered Nurse
Hemapheresis RNShift: will work 4x10s between Monday and Friday. 7a-5:30p, 40 hours/weekWeekend and Call REQ: On Call Evenings and weekends (rotation with all RN Staff)Ratios: Mostly 1:1, Occasional 1:2 depending on patient mix.Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? NoYears of experience REQ: 1 year Apheresis required (Spectra Optia).Type/Specific experience highly preferred/required: Apheresis, specifically with Optia Spectra- High Priority Skills: Therapeutic Plasma Exchanges, Red Blood Cell Exchanges, White Cell Depletions; Mid Priority Skills: Stem Cell Collections experience; Low Priority Skills: Photopheresis, Lipid Apheresis.First time travelers accepted-yesLicense REQ: SC or Multi-State/Compact RN licenseCerts REQ: BLSOpen to accommodating block schedule? If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred. **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year.
