Job Details
Director, Pediatric CVICU:
* Leading Trauma Center & Children's Hospital a* The Director of Nursing - Pediatric CVICU will report to the ACNO* Responsible for providing high quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory boards, ensure staffing/hiring, performance evaluations, etc.
Qualifications:* BSN Degree Required* Master's or enrolled in Masters' preferred* 3 or more years progressive supervisory/leadership experience in Pediatric CVICU, Pedi Open Heart, Pediatric Cardiothoracic Care, or related unit/specialty* ACLS, BLS, PALS Certified* Active TX RN License or ability to gain state licensure
