Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Our client provides therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Other services include medication injections and IV Hydration.

Care Coordination:

o We contact the physician to confirm receipt of the referral and provide guidance on the next steps.

o We contact the insurance company to investigate benefits and initiate authorization to ensure treatment coverage.

o We contact the patient to schedule an appointment.

The Operations Manager's direct reports will be the Procurement Manager, Infusion Intake team, and Nursing Coordinators.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the infusion suites throughout SoCal, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategic plans for the infusion suite, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in the infusion suite, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Manage the infusion suite budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and financial sustainability.
• Provide leadership and direction to the infusion suite team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in infusion therapy and outpatient infusion services, implementing best practices in the infusion suite.
