Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
A bit about us:Our client provides therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Other services include medication injections and IV Hydration.

Care Coordination:

o We contact the patient to schedule an appointment.

The Operations Manager's direct reports will be the Procurement Manager, Infusion Intake team, and Nursing Coordinators.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the infusion suites throughout SoCal, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategic plans for the infusion suite, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in the infusion suite, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
- Manage the infusion suite budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and financial sustainability.
- Provide leadership and direction to the infusion suite team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in infusion therapy and outpatient infusion services, implementing best practices in the infusion suite.
