Warehouse Operator for 1st Shift

As a Warehouse Operator, proficiency in safely operating various machinery such as forklifts, stock pickers, motorized pallet jacks, reach trucks, and turret trucks is crucial.

  • This role involves accurate and safe picking and stocking, ensuring that physical activities align with system inputs, and maintaining consistency in following quality procedures.
  • Warehouse Operators are responsible for providing accurate labels and paperwork per cart, ensuring proper alignment of carts in designated areas upon delivery, and demonstrating proficiency in picking throughout all warehouses while maintaining a deep understanding of inventory integrity.
  • Hours for 1st shift: 5:59 am to 4:30 pm, overtime as needed, Monday to Thursday
  • Follow Safety Policies (report accidents/incidents immediately)
  • Follow company policies (ex: break times limited to 15 minutes, lunch times limited to 30 minutes)
  • Maintain consistent pace and accuracy
  • Pay per hour is between $16.00-$20.00 based on experience, qualifications and skills
