This role offers potential for permanent placement and competitive pay based on your experience.Shift Available:3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AMPay: $19-22 per hourWhat We're Looking For:1-2 years of manufacturing quality experience.Proficiency in using gaging instruments.Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in a team.Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making abilities.Your Key Responsibilities:Inspect finished and in-process goods to ensure they meet work instructions and promptly address any deviations.Use gaging instruments with precision and perform first-piece inspections as needed.Keep accurate records of statistical data and complete data entry efficiently.Help develop and update inspection procedures and protocols.Analyze data to prepare summaries, highlighting conformity or deviations from standards.Conduct audits to maintain quality benchmarks and quickly escalate any issues.Complete thorough documentation and maintain a clean, organized work area according to 5S standards.Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and be ready to take on additional tasks to support the team.Ready to advance your career with a company that values quality and offers growth opportunities?
