Adecco is assisting a customer in Agawam, MA who is searching for CNC Lathe Machinists on 1st shift. The customer is a growing manufacturing leader of precision machined components serving aerospace, defense, oil, gas, microwave technology, industrial and commercial sectors. US citizenship is required. Salary based on experience. Balanced benefit package, including:Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Ins., LTD, 401k, etc.If your skills match the essential job duties and requirements, please apply online to: adeccousa.com .Essential Duties:•Demonstrate proficiency in setting up machines independently and following written work instructions.•Make quality parts that meet or exceed customer drawings and internal operation sheet requirements.•Demonstrate the ability to read and understand customer drawings, and use proper inspection methods to check work using hard gages/plate checks.•Follow company procedures and complete all documentation accurately associated with job travelers and SPC charts.•Run multiple machines when cycle time reasonable permits while maintain a high level of quality.Your Qualifications:•Proficient in use of CNC Lathe machines (C and Y Axis), using Jaws of various sizes, Collets (16C and 5C).
