Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record in multi-family and commercial construction projects.
- Extensive experience in ground-up construction is a must.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to maximize performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and determine the most effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and other related software.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
