This role requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of excellence in legal document preparation.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, preparation of contracts, leases, and closing documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to real estate law.
- Prepare builder drawls, handle seller closings, and manage simple refinances.
- Review, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases related to all real estate transactions.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to attorneys and senior management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and firm matters.
- Stay current with the latest developments in real estate law and industry trends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or a similar role in the legal industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Extensive knowledge of real estate law and legal principles.
- Proven experience in builder drawls, seller closings, and simple refinances.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal document preparation and contract review.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
