Shift : Straight Nights or Rotating D/N, 12x3, 36 hrs/week Length : 13 weeksStraight night or rotating 50/50 days/nights scheduling options available no straight day positions available.Weekend Requirement: Every other Saturday and Sunday, day or night.
Requirements :
CO license2+ years' experience as a staff RN in a comparable PICU1 year of travel experience in teaching facility PICUs (or increased staff experience in lieu of travel experience)Experience caring for patients from birth to 21 years with various diagnoses, including respiratory conditions requiring multiple therapies (nasal cannula, Trilogy BiPAP/CPAP, all ventilator modalities)Experience with chronic childhood diseases, sepsis, TBI, DKA, seizure disorders, oncology diagnoses, metabolic disorders, NATExperience with surgical patients including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, colorectal, and general surgeryBSNBLS, PALSACLS preferredOthers :
Will consider hiring a new travelerFamiliarity with equipment such as Trilogy & Drager ventilators, Cerelink ICP monitors, Medfusion syringe pumps, and Baxter large volume IV pumpsFloat Requirement: As neededEligible to float to all inpatient care areas, including critical and acute care units (not to ED, OR, or inpatient Psych)Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy: Medical and religious exemption requests are allowed for the 2024-2025 season50 Mile Rules RadiusEpic Travel Staffing:
