Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year

SUMMARY:

As our Logistics Specialist & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing customers’ orders, generating Sales and MRP reports, and logistics planning.

MUST HAVES:

• Microsoft 365
• SAP Transactions Knowledge or some sort of ERP Systems
• Supply Chain
• Manufacturing Logistics Industry Experience

NICE TO HAVES:

• HVAC or the Commercial Ovens industry experience
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Customer Service experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, receive and process orders, create and distribute documentation
• Input data into ERP system, distributing documentation accordingly
• Evaluate and manage orders to ensure they are accurately dated and achieve on-time delivery that meets customer requirements
• Provide proactive customer service and support facility operations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Inventory and Management Operations
• Review MRP requirements and create reports to determine material supply needs.
• Creating and release of work orders to the shop floor, in a timely manner
• Creating and maintaining process flow charts for key, critical, or new products
• Business Reporting – Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in business or similar studies and/ or equivalent experience in supply chain background
• 2+ years of experience managing transactions through the SAP ERP system
• Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated understanding of Operations Management best practices
